Ramesh is a Joint Managing Director of Melcom Group of Companies,
Ramesh graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science. During his time at University, Ramesh was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honors Society as well as the American Marketing Association.
After Graduation, Ramesh joined the Institute of Analysts and Programmers in the UK and was a member until 1987. During this time, Ramesh also joined Sadhwanis (Nigeria) Limited now known as Crownpack (Nigeria) Limited in Lagos, Nigeria. He reactivated their import and trading operations concentrating on computer accessories, electronics and specialized industrial chemicals and then established their plastics industry.
In 1997 Ramesh joined Melcom Group of Companies. His knowledge and experience contributed to the establishment of the Industries and the sourcing of several global electronic brands for distribution through Melcom Limited’s retail outlets.
Ramesh has been an active member of the Indian Association in Ghana and was Vice President from 2008-2012. He has been awarded the Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International in 2004. In 2012, Entrepreneur Foundation of Ghana named Ramesh the Entrepreneur of the Year in Trading & Retailing Industry.
